Biography
Danielle primarily practices in the areas of labor and employment law, workers' compensation, and litigation. She joined Kegler Brown in 2019 after serving as a law clerk in the firm’s summer associate program.
Danielle advises clients on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, firing, discipline, leaves of absence and accommodations, workplace investigations, drafting employment agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, employee handbooks, independent contractor agreements, affirmative action plans, and termination documents. She also provides guidance on compliance issues with the FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, NLRA, and OSH Act.
Danielle also assists clients with workers’ compensation defense before the Industrial Commission and on appeal. Her experience includes employment litigation, representing employers in matters related to discrimination, wrongful termination, non-competes, breach of contract, wage issues, and other state and federal employment matters. Additionally, Danielle represents employers before various administrative bodies, including the EEOC, OCRC, NLRB, and OSHA.
