Knowledge of human
resources administration laws and the ACA should go along with strong
organizational and interpersonal communication skills here. This person will be
responsible for employee data – maintaining files, tracking documents, managing
benefit enrollments and FMLA – and will also take an active role in the firm by
assisting in overseeing our wellness program and creating its goals, and
helping with firm events that celebrate our staff. Being able to handle
confidential information with sensitivity is essential.
