Danielle is a strategic advisor to business owners, HR professionals, in-house counsel, and other leaders on their most important labor- and workforce-related issues. With a dedicated focus on management-side employment law issues, she remains on the cutting edge of federal regulatory developments and the evolving legislative and statutory landscape for businesses in Ohio.

Whether businesses require an experienced partner to help navigate complex employment litigation, professional representation at workers’ compensation hearings, or a keen eye to review and evaluate their daily operations, they rely on Danielle for responsive, practical advice. 

Employment Law + Litigation

Danielle counsels clients on all aspects of employment law, advising on matters related to hiring, firing, discipline, leaves of absence and accommodations, workplace investigations, drafting employment agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, employee handbooks, independent contractor agreements, affirmative action plans, and termination documents. She also provides guidance on compliance issues related to the FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, NLRA, and OSH Act.

Danielle also assists clients with workers’ compensation defense, providing representation before the Industrial Commission and on appeal. Her experience includes representing employers in litigation related to discrimination, wrongful termination, non-competes, breach of contract, wage issues, and other state and federal employment matters. Additionally, Danielle represents employers before various administrative bodies, including the EEOC, OCRC, NLRB, and OSHA.
