To further this mission, our Diversity, Equity + Inclusion Committee focuses on the following areas:

  • Recruitment: Targeting and hiring highly qualified individuals who reflect the diversity of culture, thought, and background of our clients and community.
  • Retention: Advocating for the advancement of individuals within the firm who will contribute to the diversity of our leadership team, creating a level playing field with equal opportunities for success and fair treatment for all firm members, and promoting the professional development of diverse individuals within the firm and in our community by supporting organizations and events that promote diversity in the profession.
  • Engagement: Celebrating different backgrounds and cultures, facilitating the sharing of unique experiences and perspectives, and encouraging everyone to engage with and challenge others’ ideas and beliefs to reach better solutions. Additionally, emphasizing that what gets measured gets done as we track and analyze the impact of the firm’s recruitment, retention, development, and awareness efforts.

Columbus Pride ParadeAnnual Pride Celebration

Commemorating Pride Month every June holds immense significance for our firm. We joyously unite in solidarity with those persistently advocating for equality, reaffirming our unwavering commitment to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the LGBTQ+ community. Our goal remains resolute: cultivating a society where every individual, irrespective of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, receives equitable treatment.

Mansfield Certification Plus

Since 2022, we have committed to this certification process and have achieved Mansfield Certification Plus designation. By mandating that at least 30% of our talent pools consist of underrepresented groups, Mansfield fosters transparency and inclusivity, and our Plus designation reflects our efforts to track progress through data shared with Diversity Lab. Joining more than 360 firms with this certification highlights our dedication to equitable career advancement, enabling us to better serve our clients and communities.
