Former Summer Associates Join Kegler Brown Attorney Team
Kegler Brown is pleased to announce that Jane Sensibaugh and Tyler Schroeder have joined the firm as associate attorneys, following their successful completion of the Ohio Bar Exam. Both Jane and Tyler were previously Summer Associates with the firm, with Jane joining the program in 2023 and Tyler in 2024.
Jane will focus her practice on labor and employment law, helping advise employers on workplace disputes, regulatory compliance, and employment policy development. She will assist with drafting employment agreements, severance packages, and workplace policies, which will allow her to use her unique perspective from her background in NCAA compliance, teaching, and community engagement. Her academic and practical experience in labor law, including recognition for excellence, further strengthens her approach to complex employment issues.
Jane received her Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law earlier this year after graduating from University of Cincinnati in 2021 with a B.A and B.S. in Philosophy and Psychology, respectively, as well as a minor in Criminal Justice.
Tyler’s focus includes advising entrepreneurs and business owners on a wide range of corporate and estate planning matters, from M+A transactions to navigating transitions and exits. With a particular interest in succession strategies, he will support business clients through matters like ESOP formation, tax planning, and asset protection. His work will help ensure that his clients’ long-term goals are met and their legacies preserved through thoughtful planning and execution.
A graduate of Capital University Law School, Tyler received his Juris Doctorate earlier this year after earning a B.A. in Political Science from The College of Wooster in 2022.
