With her primary emphasis on labor and employment, and employee relations matters, Jane brings a dynamic perspective to her practice through her background in NCAA compliance, teaching, and community engagement.
Labor + Employment
Jane concentrates her practice on advising employers in workplace disputes, regulatory compliance, and employment policy development. She regularly assists clients by drafting employment agreements, severance packages, and workplace policies, as well as by conducting legal research and analysis on complex labor issues. During her time as a Summer Associate at Kegler Brown, she contributed to litigation and transactional matters involving employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Her academic focus on labor law, including earning a CALI Award for Excellence, complements her practical experience in the field.
