He provides essential assistance to both buyers and sellers, especially companies seeking options for an exit – such as establishing an ESOP – and those interested in accelerating their growth through acquisitions.
Estate Planning + Business Succession Planning
Tyler helps both new and established businesses, and individual clients, to identify, protect, and preserve their assets by providing counsel on issues regarding estate planning and succession planning for business owners, such as buy-sell agreements, ESOPs, and wealth transfer strategies. He also assists clients in the planning and implementation of a variety of succession and exit strategies with their goals in mind, helping to make sure that their legacy is honored and wealth is distributed according to their wishes.
Commercial Contracts
Tyler supports clients across diverse industries by drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. With the goal of ensuring that his client’s interests are clearly defined and protected, Tyler’s work includes crafting service agreements, confidentiality and license agreements, SaaS/PaaS subscription agreements, and more.
