Peter is a key member of the firm’s trial practice team, representing clients throughout all stages of the dispute resolution process. He frequently leads client engagements in the early stages of litigation, including working with business clients through settlement negotiations, managing complex discovery processes, and preparing for and leading comprehensive depositions ahead of trial.

Peter enjoys the variety of opportunities to assist clients that litigation provides and has developed his practice by guiding clients from the pre-litigation phase through appeals. For clients facing litigation, Peter’s goal is to find the best possible result using the most efficient methods, developing strategies for business solutions by examining all options and providing exemplary detail and thorough communication. He provides counsel to clients throughout the litigation process with a calm and measured style that encourages better results by balancing cooperation with dedicated representation.
