Robert Dove Selected to Lead Kegler Brown’s Gaming + Sports Betting Practice

Kegler Brown is pleased to announce that Robert Dove has been selected to serve as chair of the firm’s heralded Gaming + Sports Betting practice area.

Robert represents local and national clients, including suppliers, and manufacturers within the gaming industry, as well as charitable organizations. He also counsels clients on both individual gaming matters and statewide gaming issues, and is working on business strategy with clients, including fantasy sports operators, and all types of sports gaming proprietors, gaming suppliers, and management and mobile management services providers, on the licensing process and the most effective ways to capitalize on the growth in sports gaming across the country.

Previously led by Michael Zatezalo, one of the country’s foremost attorneys practicing gaming law, the firm’s Gaming + Sports Betting practice has established itself as a recognized leader in representing gaming suppliers and online and fantasy sports betting companies. The area has also become known for handling the full range of operational, regulatory, and transactional work, as well as gaming licensing.

Robert joined Kegler Brown in 2018 after years of practice built around representing clients in highly regulated industries. He was recently recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® in their “Ones To Watch” category. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Capital University Law School, and his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
