NACUA 2021 Virtual Conference

On June 24, Vinita participated on a panel discussion at NACUA’s 2021 Virtual Conference. The session discussed risk management and risk mitigation tools, best practices, and key global issues to consider during an international crisis involving natural disasters, pandemic, and geopolitical unrest, which included:

  • Legal considerations during suspension of overseas programs and/or operations
  • Effective risk and waiver documents
  • Planning for resilience against the unforeseeable through contracts and training of faculty and staff
  • Travel assistance programs
