Ronald provides business formation and structuring advice to startups and growth-stage businesses, and works with established businesses across the full range of their legal needs, including contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate governance.

Mergers + Acquisitions

Ronald assists both buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, JVs, and other strategic transactions. He counsels clients on deal structuring and negotiation and regularly advises businesses on all legal aspects of business combination.
