Biography

Myranda works in the firm's Corporate, Emerging Business, Mergers + Acquisitions, and Privacy + Data Security practice areas. After clerking for Kegler Brown during law school, she joined the firm in 2023.

Corporate Law + Emerging Businesses

Myranda provides legal counsel to new and existing organizations on business formation and structuring issues, as well as contract drafting and negotiation. For established businesses, she advises clients on reorganization, corporate governance, and succession strategies.

Mergers + Acquisitions

Myranda assists both buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances. She also counsels clients on deal structuring and negotiation and advises businesses on all legal aspects of business combinations. Myranda represents business owners in a variety of acquisition transactions as part of both growth and exit strategies. These transactions may include mergers, asset purchases, sales of businesses, divestitures, and reorganizations.

Privacy + Data Security

Myranda advises on compliance with domestic and cross-border regulatory obligations, development of privacy frameworks, policies, and certifications. She also assists clients with creating and managing policies and processes necessary for compliance with and response to enforcement actions under U.S. and global privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
