Real Estate Leasing + Transactions
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to their success, Abi advises clients on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, zoning, land use, and development. With her extensive commercial real estate experience, including a proven track record of advising clients in the restaurant industry, she guides clients through the negotiation and drafting of lease and purchase/sale agreements, managing the entire commercial lease process from start to finish, including compliance and enforcement.
In addition to real estate transactions, Abi provides comprehensive general counsel services to small business clients. Her experience includes entity formation, contract review and negotiation, advising on regulatory requirements, and overseeing employment issues. She has also advised business partners on a wide range of matters, including not only real estate purchases but also vendor contracts, compliance, and employment law.
