Susan is a key member of our Business and Tax practice teams, assisting with all facets of Corporate Governance and Securities, including coordinating and preparing corporate filings not only in Ohio, but throughout the country. With over 20 years in the legal field, Susan has worked with some of the region’s most recognized firms and has experience in a variety of practice areas, including real estate, family law, estate planning, and more.
Corporate
Working with our corporate team, Susan supports a variety of entities from LLCs to Corporations, providing key support from formation to dissolution. Along with preparing our corporate clients’ annual minutes, she also handles filings with Secretaries of State throughout the country, submitting state-by-state reports, maintaining necessary records, and assisting with CTA-compliance filings for new entities.
Helping the firm in our role as statutory agents for many of the entities we form, Susan manages and communicates time-critical information, including receiving all related documents and coordinating the necessary SEC filings for every investor.
Susan also assists our ESOPs practice with the drafting and filing of IRS determination letters.
