Kegler Brown has expanded its legal support team with the addition of paralegals Amy Shaulis and Marcia Zagoric, further enhancing the firm's ability to deliver efficient, high-quality service to clients across a range of practice areas.

Shaulis joins the firm's Corporate practice, where she will support attorneys and clients in matters involving corporate governance, entity management, transactional due diligence, and regulatory compliance. She brings experience in both the legal and public sectors, including work supporting commercial transactions and nearly two decades with the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Zagoric, an OSBA Certified Paralegal, returns to Kegler Brown's Litigation team, bringing more than 35 years of experience supporting complex litigation matters, trial preparation, and case management. Having spent approximately 17 years with the firm over the course of her career, her return further strengthens the extensive litigation support resources available to Kegler Brown attorneys and clients.
