On Tuesday, January 13, Erica and Ted presented to the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce during the Chamber’s morning Bagels & Business event.
Held at Connect Coworx in Marion, Erica and Ted spoke to a full room of local small business owners and provided details on several issues relevant to their operations, including Entity Formation, Naming and Branding, Employment Basics, Real Estate Basics, and Insurance.
After discussing a variety of topics that ranged from the differences between an LLC and a Corporation, important IP distinctions, legal and illegal reasons for firing an employee, leasing, and more, they ended their presentation by answering questions from attendees.
