Kegler Brown is proud to announce that Jessica Skelly, a senior leader in the firm’s Intellectual Property area, has been selected to join the Leadership Columbus Signature Program Class of 2026.

Leadership Columbus is one of Central Ohio’s most respected leadership development programs, with a legacy dating back to 1974. The program equips emerging and established leaders with the knowledge, connections, and skills to make meaningful contributions to the Columbus community. Participants engage in a year-long curriculum focused on civic engagement, social responsibility, and collaborative problem-solving.

In her intellectual property practice, Jessica advises clients on trademark strategy, copyright application and protection, and IP licensing arrangements. Her practice spans a wide range of startups and established brands, including restaurants, breweries, and food trucks; regional, national, and international franchisors and franchisees; and members of the hospitality, tech, and educational industries. Jess is known for her thoughtful counsel and commitment to helping innovative companies manage their IP portfolios and safeguard their ideas.
