Holli is a valuable member of the firm’s Real Estate group, providing key support by assisting with issues related to real estate transactions, drafting and analyzing leases, filing related documents, and more. She has over a decade of experience working on leases for high-volume wireless telecommunication towers and performing examinations of title commitments and surveys.
Before joining Kegler Brown, Holli worked with a local non-profit and then in-house with a global bank to expand their ATM leasing nationwide.
Real Estate
Holli works closely with attorneys and clients on the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, drafting leases, assisting with closings, and executing and filing other real estate-related documents. She has extensive experience in real estate law and business concepts, including analyzing leases for property management issues and performing title and survey reviews. Holli’s skills include due diligence execution, drafting and negotiation of amendments, and project and transaction management.
