Abby is a key member of Kegler Brown’s real estate and finance teams, working with clients across numerous industries on complex transactions and designing strategies to help them accomplish their goals. She works closely with in-house counsel and company leadership teams to evaluate risk and opportunity in corporate transactions.

When working with real estate developers on acquiring and financing properties in Ohio, Abby utilizes her knowledge and experience with corporate strategy and helps clients navigate tax credits and financial tools available for affordable housing projects.

Real Estate Finance + Development

Abby also works with real estate developers and lenders on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including land acquisition, disposition, title and survey analysis, leasing and financing of residential and commercial properties.

This includes helping clients with the development of affordable housing developments, drafting and interpreting documents like purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, closing documents, commercial leases, and more.

Corporate Law + Related Transactions

Abby focuses her practice on developing creative solutions for complex business problems while interacting with teams from a variety of legal areas. Working with clients at every stage of the business life cycle, Abby assists with issues related to entity formation and structuring, contract structuring and negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions.
