Witnesses in Disciplinary Proceedings

Not all of our professional responsibility work is directly related to attorneys who are facing disciplinary actions.

We assist lawyers who are not themselves facing discipline, but who are asked to testify about other lawyers or legal practitioners. We provide representation in interviews with the Ohio Disciplinary Counsel and other outside investigative authorities, as well as in disciplinary hearings and criminal investigations where our clients are asked to testify.
