Periodically, we are asked by lawyers and law firms to consult on and opine about rules of professional conduct, how those rules apply to their work, and whether or not they are in full compliance with the professional conduct rules.
We consult with and supply written legal opinions to individual lawyers and firms, as well as companies with legal departments, covering a variety of topics related to professional conduct. Examples include professional conduct questions related to conflict of interest issues, attorney advertising, fee sharing, unauthorized practice of law, and the creation of legal services plans.
