As part of our 2023 Ethics Series, Chris presented at the Toledo Bar Association on November 16, the Columbus Bar Association on November 17, and at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law on November 18.

Chris delivered a diverse range of presentations, covering various topics about professional responsibility. One session focused on professionalism, where he discussed mastering the art of professionalism, offering tips on maintaining civility and achieving the highest standards of integrity in the legal field. Another presentation addressed the challenges of dealing with difficult representations, providing effective approaches to communication with clients and opposing counsel. Additionally, Chris shared insights in a session on attorney departures, exploring ways to make the transition seamless for attorneys switching firms, including a review of the ethical obligations owed by both the departing attorney and the firm.
