Kegler Brown is proud to celebrate the addition of two new attorneys.

After successfully passing the Ohio Bar Exam and being sworn in to the Ohio bar, former Kegler Brown Summer Associates Abby Counts and Andreana Dingess have joined the firm as our newest attorneys. Both were Summer Associates with the firm in 2023.

Abby will focus her practice on corporate law, real estate finance, and other complex business problems. She will work with multiple teams from across the firm to assist business clients at every stage of the business life cycle, and help real estate developers and lenders on a wide range of real estate transactions, including title and survey analysis, leasing and financing of residential and commercial properties, and the development of affordable housing developments.

Abby received her Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law earlier this year after graduating from Butler University in Indianapolis in 2019 with a B.A with High Honors in Music and Human Communication & Organizational Leadership.

Andreana focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, finance, and corporate law. She regularly works with real estate developers and lenders on a wide variety of real estate transactions and assists privately-owned businesses on a variety of complex business issues, including formation, mergers, and acquisitions.

A graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Andreana received her Juris Doctorate earlier this year after earning a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Case Western Reserve University in 2020.
