Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter is proud to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm.

The Kegler Brown legal team continues to grow with the addition of associate Myranda Duhart. Myranda, who served as a summer associate at Kegler Brown in 2022, has now officially joined the firm as a business lawyer.

Myranda's work will span multiple practice areas at the firm, including Corporate Law, Emerging Businesses, Mergers + Acquisitions, and Privacy + Data Security. As a contributor to the firm’s Corporate Law and Emerging Business departments, she assists with business formation, contract drafting, and corporate governance. Her role in our transactional practice involves deal structuring, negotiation, and comprehensive advice on all aspects of business combinations. Additionally, with respect to issues involving privacy and data security, Myranda specializes in compliance, privacy framework development, and helping clients navigate global privacy laws, such as GDPR and CCPA.

Myranda received her JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. She is an alumna of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where she earned her LLM in International and European Business Law. She also holds a B.A. in International Studies from Spelman College.

Kegler Brown is thrilled to have Myranda Duhart on board, and her diverse legal background and experience will be incredibly valuable in serving the firm's clients.
