Creditors’ Rights Associate Joins Kegler Brown Team

Matthew M. Zofchak has joined Kegler Brown as an associate in the creditors’ rights + bankruptcy practice area.

Matt will be representing clients in all aspects of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy matters. Having previously served as in-house counsel to a publicly traded manufacturing company in Ohio and as a law clerk to a local bankruptcy judge, Zofchak will bring diverse insights and experience in issues including foreclosures, collections, garnishments, executions, receiverships and more. Matt’s representative clientele comprises secured creditors, unsecured creditors’ committees, Chapter 11 debtors, Chapter 7 trustees and small business debtors in all chapters of bankruptcy.

Zofchak received his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law. Before attending law school, he earned his undergraduate degree from Ohio University’s Honors Tutorial College, graduating magna cum laude
