Biography
Matt primarily focuses his practice in the area of Creditors’ Rights + Bankruptcy. He brings a variety of perspectives to the table, having previously served as in-house counsel to a publicly-traded manufacturing company in Ohio, and as a law clerk to a local bankruptcy judge. Matt joined Kegler Brown in 2021.
Creditors’ Rights + Bankruptcy
Matt represents clients in all aspects of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy matters. He leverages his talents and experience in issues including foreclosures, collections, garnishments, executions, receiverships and more. Matt’s representative clientele comprises secured creditors, unsecured creditors’ committees, Chapter 11 debtors, Chapter 7 trustees and small business debtors in all chapters of bankruptcy.
