Kegler Brown represented an Ohio homeowner who unfortunately was confronted with a property easement dispute when a new next-door neighbor moved in. Through this engagement, Kegler Brown helped the client achieve a court judgment vindicating her easement rights under Ohio law initially at the trial court level, and then again on appeal after oral argument at the First District Court of Appeals.
