Justin works with developers, property owners, lenders, and investors on a broad range of real estate transactions. As a member of the firm's Real Estate + Finance team, he assists clients with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, development matters, and affordable housing projects, helping move complex deals from initial diligence through closing.
Real Estate
Justin assists clients with a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, development projects, and related due diligence. His work includes reviewing title and survey matters, preparing and negotiating transactional documents, coordinating closings, and helping clients navigate the legal and business issues that arise throughout the ownership and development process.
Real Estate Finance
Justin also supports lenders and borrowers in connection with financing transactions involving commercial real estate assets. He works on matters involving loan documentation, collateral review, closing requirements, and transaction management, helping clients efficiently complete financing transactions while protecting their business objectives.
Affordable Housing
As part of his practice, Justin has assisted with affordable housing and community development projects throughout Ohio. Working closely with the firm's affordable housing team, he helps clients address the development, acquisition, financing, and regulatory considerations associated with these projects, supporting efforts to expand housing opportunities in communities across the state.
