On October 15, 2025, Steve Tugend and Robert Dove presented during the Weatherize Ohio event hosted by Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy (OPAE), a nonprofit organization advocating for energy policies that support low- and moderate-income Ohioans.
Their presentation focused on recent legislative and regulatory developments affecting energy affordability and access across the state. Topics included updates on federal programs such as LIHEAP, Solar for All, and Electrification, as well as strategies for applying for Assurance 16 funding. Steve and Robert also discussed new Ohio legislation related to utility restructuring, consumer protection, and energy conservation, and provided insights into ongoing PUCO rate cases involving AES and AEP.
