Robert Dove Speaks at Ohio Environmental Council’s Utility Advocate Convening
Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter Director Robert Dove was a featured speaker at the Ohio Environmental Council’s (OEC) inaugural Utility Advocate Convening, held September 24, 2026, in Columbus.
Robert served on the lunch plenary panel, “Practical Considerations for Advocates in Public Utility Commissions.” The discussion focused on how advocates can participate effectively before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), covering formal intervention, settlement strategy, and avenues for public input outside the hearing room.
The convening brought together advocates working on rate-making and electricity affordability, issues that affect every utility customer in Ohio.
Robert is a member of Kegler Brown’s Energy + Environment and Government Affairs practices and chairs the firm’s Gaming + Sports Betting practice.
