As part of our 2023 Ethics Series, Nick presented at the Toledo Bar Association on November 16, the Columbus Bar Association on November 17, and at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law on November 18.

Nick covered a spectrum of professional responsibility topics, delving into crucial areas during his presentations. One session titled "In the Know: Staying Updated on Recent Advisory Opinions + Attorney Discipline Developments" focused on Nick's exploration of the most significant recent developments and discussions of new advisory opinions published in 2023 by Ohio's Board of Professional Conduct. Another session, titled "AI Adoption with Caution: Mitigating Risks + Ensuring Ethical Practice for Attorneys," delved into the rapidly changing landscape of AI implementation in the legal field. Nick discussed recent use-cases for AI in law and highlighted the ethical considerations necessary to navigate potential risks when incorporating AI technologies in legal practice.
