Kegler Brown Grows Litigation Team with a New Attorney
Kegler Brown is pleased to welcome attorney Abigale Groseclose to its Litigation practice group.
Abi brings a strong foundation in bankruptcy law, developed during her clerkship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. There, she gained hands-on experience drafting legal opinions and orders under the Bankruptcy Code, managing complex case calendars and coordinating legal teams; skills that enhance her ability to navigate multifaceted disputes with precision and efficiency.
Her legal background also includes externships with MetroHealth and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, where she contributed to discovery management, legal memoranda, and issue analysis. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, Abi plays a valuable role in shaping litigation strategy and execution.
“Abi’s addition to Kegler Brown’s litigation team strengthens our already deep bench in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy,” said Maria Mariano Guthrie, Chair of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Group. “We’re excited to welcome her to the firm.”
Abi earned her B.S.N., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Nursing in 2018, and her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2023, where she also served as a Legal Writing Honors Fellow.
