Commitment to Inclusion Earns Kegler Brown Mansfield 2024–2025 Certification Plus
We are excited to share that Kegler Brown has achieved Mansfield Certification Plus for 2024–2025!
Mansfield is a rigorous, year-long certification process designed to ensure that leadership opportunities are accessible and equitable for all talent. Since joining the initiative in 2022, we have remained committed to creating transparent and inclusive pathways for advancement. The Mansfield framework asks firms to consider at least 30% historically underrepresented lawyers in candidate pools for leadership roles and to make promotion processes clear and fair.
Earning the Plus designation means we went beyond the baseline requirements by voluntarily sharing data with Diversity Lab to demonstrate measurable progress in broadening talent pools and increasing transparency. This accountability helps us celebrate successes while identifying areas for continued improvement.
