Anthonio Fiore Elected to Ohio Society for Human Resource Management State Council

Anthonio Fiore, of counsel, has been elected to serve as director of governmental affairs for the Ohio Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) State Council.

Fiore has been a member of SHRM for more than a decade and has 14 years of government affairs experience concentrated on both national and state human resource issues. Fiore’s experience is strengthened by his extensive relationships with state and local chambers and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Previously serving for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce as its director of labor and human resources policy, Fiore was the prime lobbyist for all labor and employment issues. He has reported on substantial law changes in all 50 states and for the Washington D.C. - based organization UWC since 2008.

Fiore is a recognized leader among businesses and trade associations. His career is marked by his leadership in bringing about significant reforms to Ohio and other states’ unemployment programs, as well as Ohio’s civil justice system. He has been with Kegler Brown since 2011.
