Kegler Brown represented our client in its acquisition of the business assets of a leading automation and robotics company, helping expand its footprint in the food processing industry. Our M+A team assisted with all aspects of the transaction, including due diligence, assignment of intellectual property, negotiation of transaction documents, and lease assignments with third-party landlords for the acquired company’s two out-of-state premises. We also assisted our client in preparing to operate the acquired out-of-state business with necessary registrations.
