Kegler Brown’s annual seminar on professional responsibility will take place in person through the Columbus Bar Association on Wednesday, October 15. Join us starting at 9:00 a.m. for a program focused on AI in legal practice.

Led by Chris Weber and Nick Bobb, this session will explore how AI is reshaping legal workflows, the ethical implications under the ABA Model Rules, and real-world case studies of AI missteps. Presenters will also cover risk management strategies and due diligence considerations for responsible AI use.

Chris Weber 
Director + Chair, Professional Responsibility Practice

Chris is an elected fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and one of the firm’s most experienced trial attorneys. He has represented clients across a broad range of industries in a wide variety of highly sensitive and bet-the-company matters throughout his three decades of practice.

Nick Bobb
Director

Nick is a senior trial attorney in the firm’s commercial litigation practice, working closely with in-house counsel and business owners to protect and grow their operations. He brings to his client relationships a diverse background that includes high-volume insurance defense portfolio work, extremely sensitive employment litigation, and management of bet-the-company cases with nine-figure trial values.
