Leading the firm’s professional development and skills training efforts, Danielle empowers her Kegler Brown colleagues to fully utilize the tools and technology available to them, helping them master the native features of emerging technologies and industry standard software.

Danielle works closely with firm and IT leadership to plan for new and emerging technology and craft strategies for its integration in firm processes. She also organizes both individual and group trainings and educational programming year-round to introduce new tech and advance mastery.

Consulting with law firms to help them plan strategically for the future, Danielle has built up extensive experience selecting tech solutions that best meet specific needs, maximizing and improving that tech’s use, and optimizing processes. She is also an experienced presenter, often speaking to national organizations and leading CLE programming for bar associations and groups like ALA, ILTA, ACLEA, and others.

Prior to her career in learning + development, Danielle practiced family law. She discovered, however, that she enjoyed making efficient use of technology more, and now, her favorite part of her job is making other people’s jobs easier.
