For over 30 years, Dave McCarty served Ohio employers as a trusted advisor in workers’ compensation defense, representing clients in administrative hearings and litigation across the state, including appearances before the Ohio Supreme Court.
His practice encompassed all aspects of claim defense, from contesting allowances to pursuing fraud findings and guiding employers through self-insurance appeals. Through strategic counsel and deep expertise, Dave helped businesses manage risk and contain costs.
