Kegler Brown served as counsel to a home décor and gift shop in southern Ohio in the sale of the Company’s assets. The assets were sold to the landlord of the property on which the business operated and was predicated by a Right of First Refusal in the Lease Agreement between the parties.

Though this transaction was smaller in dollar figures, Kegler Brown efficiently and successfully guided the Company through the Agreement drafting and closing process.
