Sale of Company Equity to Florida-Based Electrical Sales ESOP
Kegler Brown served as counsel to the trustee of a Florida-based electrical and lighting sales and marketing company’s Employee Stock Ownership Trust in connection with the sale of 100% of the equity of the Company to the Trust.
Kegler Brown assisted in negotiation of the transaction documents and reviewed the internal financing documents associated with the ESOP purchase. Our attorneys also coordinated the initial letter of intent conversations with the parties and the communications with the Valuator involved in the transaction.
