Kegler Brown served as counsel to the trustee of a Pennsylvania-based plumbing and mechanical supplier’s Employee Stock Ownership Trust in connection with the sale of 100% of the equity of the Company to the Trust. 

Kegler’s attorneys assisted in reviewing due diligence on the Corporation and preparing a due diligence memo, negotiating the transaction documents, and reviewing financing documents associated with the ESOP purchase.
