Our Professional Responsibility team traveled to Cleveland on November 3, 2018, to present to the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. The event, organized by the college’s Alumni Association, discussed a number of current topics related to legal ethics and professionalism.
Chris Weber, Jason Beehler and Jane Gleaves were joined by Jon Coughlan of Coughlan Law Firm LLC and covered topics that ranged from dealing with grievances and unauthorized practicing to transactional ethics and switching law firms.
