DOL Issues New Notice Poster for Employers to Share

The U.S. Department of Labor has issued a new poster related to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), which can be downloaded here for posting.

With many employers wondering how to “post” the notice since most of the workforce is teleworking and many premises are closed or operating on skeleton crews, the DOL has provided some much-needed guidance:

“Each covered employer must post a notice of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requirements in a conspicuous place on its premises. An employer may satisfy this requirement by emailing or direct mailing this notice to employees, or posting this notice on an employee information internal or external website.”
