NACUA 2019 Annual Conference June 25, 2019
On June 25, Vinita joined a panel of education lawyers and university in-house counsel to discuss recent trends and developments in Chinese and Indian laws that apply to foreign higher education institutions as part of NACUA’s 2019 Annual Conference. The panel gave an in-house perspective on undertaking educational activities in those countries and detailed emerging models of collaborations. They also provided recommendations for dealing with foreign influence and academic espionage issues related to Chinese students and/or institutions.
