Scott Doran and Bill Levendusky outlined for Columbus Business First that, in November 2021, ASTM released an update to the Phase I ESA standard that clarifies a number of problematic issues and confirms the required scope of review, particularly for the historical evaluation of on-site and off-site sources of contamination.
