On April 17, Eric presented to the Ohio Business Brokers Association about common pitfalls to avoid and organizational and operational strategies to adopt prior to engaging in the sale process. After giving some examples, Eric detailed numerous ways a deal could die, and what to do when it does. He also provided some guidance on what to do to minimize your risk in a sale and keep the deal alive, as well as why it’s important to take an active role, instead of just waiting to see how things play out.
