On February 13, Andrew travelled to Cleveland to present on legal considerations of Qualified Opportunity Zones during a seminar put on by the Environmental Design Group. Presenting along with a director from Clarus Partner who discussed financial issues, Andrew gave a detailed examination of how Opportunity Zones work, their benefits and their requirements. He detailed the two types of Opportunity Zone properties using recent clarification from the Dept. of the Treasury and explained several potential liability traps that investors need to look out for.
