On February 14, Lori was invited to speak to students about law firm economics during a Business of Law Seminar at The OSU Moritz College of Law. Lori, a member of our firm’s executive committee, explored a number of topics during her presentation, including the basics of traditional law firm economics, what drives law firm finance, determining partner compensation and the elements of employee compensation, timekeeping and client bills, approaches to billing arrangements, and how practices have changed over the years.
