On September 26, 2019, Andrew joined a panel during a lunch session at the CDFA’s Opportunity Zones & Development Finance Conference to discuss strategies for developing a local Opportunity Zone. During this session, the presenters discussed best practices in building an asset map and outreach plan when developing a community’s local Opportunity Zone strategy. This plan included business development and real estate strategies, and outlined how to identify potential investors given local opportunities.
