On April 11, Lori spoke to the Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD) at their April Emerging Professionals’ Series. Discussing how to interact with “difficult” people, Lori explored what’s happening in our interactions that make them “difficult,” and how to be effective in the midst of difficulties. She shared strategies for navigating difficult people in the best possible way, talking about how to be effective and compassionate, and steps to take to diffuse and “manage” difficult personalities, feel good about the interaction, and get the results you want.
